Become a NOVAURA Partner
Customers interested in joining can apply through the NOVAURA Partners page. Partner applications are subject to review and approval. Once approved, the Partner receives access to their Partner Dashboard.
Share your Partner link or code
Every approved Partner receives a unique Partner referral link and a unique Partner code. Partners can share either option with potential customers.

Customer attribution
When a new customer completes their first qualifying purchase using a Partner's code or qualifying referral attribution, that customer becomes attributed to that Partner. Once the customer is successfully attributed, future qualifying purchases from that customer can continue generating recurring commission for the same Partner.
First Order and Recurring commissions
NOVAURA may provide different commission rates for First Order and Recurring commissions. Your current rates can be viewed from your Partner Dashboard.
- First Order — commission generated from the attributed customer's first qualifying NOVAURA order.
- Recurring — commission generated from future qualifying orders placed by that attributed customer.
Commission status
Commissions move through three primary statuses: Pending, then Approved, then Paid. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders may result in a commission being adjusted or voided.
- Pending — the commission has been generated but has not yet been finalised for payout.
- Approved — the commission has qualified and is eligible for payout.
- Paid — the commission has been included in a completed Partner payout.
