Processing and transit are separate
Every order goes through processing before it ships. The total time to receive an order is the processing time plus the transit time, and the two are quoted separately wherever they appear.
Available methods are shown at checkout
The shipping methods available for your address, along with any rates and estimates, are displayed at checkout before you pay. If no method appears for your address, we may not currently ship to that destination.
What can affect timing
Delivery timing varies. Common factors include:
- The destination and the type of address
- The shipping method selected at checkout
- Carrier handling and volume
- Weather or transport disruption
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance on international orders
Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Checking your order
You can look up an order at any time using Track an Order with your order number and billing email. If you have a NOVAURA account, your order history is also available when you are signed in.
