Where we ship
The destinations we can ship to are determined at checkout. Enter your address and any available shipping methods will be shown before you pay. If no method appears, we do not currently ship to that destination.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These are separate from anything charged at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs can affect timing
Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control. An order may sit in clearance for some time before it continues to its destination.
Before you order
To help your order arrive without delay:
- Confirm your address is complete and accurate
- Check your own country's import rules for the items you are ordering
- Note that some destinations require additional recipient information
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that items can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
