Before trying again, make sure the payment information entered during checkout is correct. Check:
- Card or payment details
- Expiration date, when applicable

- ZIP or postal code
- Name associated with the payment method
Common reasons a payment may be declined
A payment may be declined for several reasons, including:
- Incorrect payment or billing information
- Insufficient available funds
- A security restriction from your bank
- Online purchases being restricted
- The transaction requiring additional verification
- The payment method being expired or otherwise unavailable
Try again
If you believe the information is correct, carefully re-enter your payment information and try the checkout again. If another supported payment method is available to you, you may also choose a different payment method during checkout.
Contact your bank or payment provider
If the payment continues to be declined, your bank or payment provider may be able to provide additional information. For your security, NOVAURA may not receive the specific reason your payment was declined.
Was I charged?
A declined payment does not necessarily mean a completed charge was made. In some situations, you may temporarily see a pending authorisation associated with an unsuccessful payment attempt. If this happens, review the transaction with your bank or payment provider. If you believe NOVAURA successfully charged you for an order that was not created, contact NOVAURA Support so the order and transaction can be reviewed.
Still having trouble completing your purchase?

NOVAURA Support will never ask for your password, full card number, or card security code. Never send sensitive payment credentials through the support form.
