How commission is earned
Commission is earned on qualifying orders placed by customers you refer, whether they arrive through your Partner referral link or enter your Partner code.
How commission is calculated
Commission is a percentage of the merchandise amount of a qualifying order after any discounts, excluding shipping and tax. Your current first order and recurring rates are always shown in your Partner Dashboard.
Commission statuses
Each commission moves through the following states, which you can see in your Commission History:
- Pending — recorded and waiting to be approved
- Approved — eligible and no longer in the approval period
- Paid — recorded as paid to you
- Voided or Refunded — the order was cancelled or refunded
When an order may not qualify
Some orders do not earn commission:
- Orders that are cancelled, failed or fully refunded
- A Partner's own purchases
- Orders placed while a Partner account is inactive
Your rates are shown in your Partner Dashboard rather than in this article, so the figures you see are always current.
